CAREER PATH MAPPING for MAJOR FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY
Researched & identified key competencies. Developed a career path framework to encourage movement between business areas.

RESOURCING FUNCTION BUILD for a REGULATOR
Research, design, scoping & implementation of centralised recruitment function within HR department. Identified all contractors across the business to ensure IR35 compliance plus enrolment into government sourcing framework. Developed key resourcing policies & upgraded careers website.
Set up PSL & hired the team.
REWARD POLICY DEVELOPMENT for an INVESTMENT BANK
Wrote policies to support existing carried interest & performance fee share schemes plus policy development & term sheets to implement new sales incentive bonus scheme. Worked closely with compliance & finance.


MARKETING CONSULTANCY for a START-UP BUSINESS
Worked with business founders to strengthen targeted marketing and business plan for a new business, offering health and wealth services as an employee benefit. Assisted on website design and product positioning.

REWARD INTEGRATION for MAJOR EUROPEAN BANK (M&A)
Researched & documented how reward plans including bonuses & employee benefits would be handled across all 60+ international locations, following purchase & split between 3 consortium partners. Co-ordinated responses (in numerous, varied styles) from each location. Prepared updates & developed reports for presentation to unions and reward committees.


COACHING PROGRAMME for a FINANCE FIRM
